YLI is a youth-led and highly interactive leadership development program designed to empower and engage youth, ages 11-13.

At  the Youth Leadership Institute, we believe that children are the very essence of the future. Who they are tomorrow is essentially the outcome of how they are nurtured today.  The Youth Leadership Institute promotes positive youth development and leadership that ENCOURAGES, ENGAGES, and E.M.P.O.W.E.R.s our youth to be leaders of tomorrow.
 

Our goal is to train our young girls and boys to lead with knowledge, confidence, and distinction by equipping them with sound principles and values to make good life choices and decisions in their everyday lives.
